Booking and payment

Your booking is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the total price, paid online. The balance is due at the latest on arrival.

Security deposit

A €400 security deposit may be requested on arrival as a card pre-authorisation (no cash). It may cover damage, breaches of the house rules, excessive cleaning (€150) or an uncleaned barbecue (€30).

Cancellation

• More than 14 days before arrival: free cancellation, the deposit is refunded.
• Less than 14 days before arrival, or no-show: the deposit is retained.
• No refund is given for early departure.

Changes

Date changes can be requested up to 14 days before arrival, subject to availability.

Force majeure

In the event of a duly documented exceptional event (natural disaster, official restrictions), the stay may be postponed.

Tourist tax

Sigean's tourist tax is added to the price of the stay and is paid on site.

• Water comes from a tank refilled every day: please use it sparingly.
• The toilets have a macerator: toilet paper only (no wipes, sanitary products or paper towels).
• The areas beyond the blue gate near the barbecue and the entrance gate are private.
• Pets are welcome, but not in the bedrooms or on beds, sofas and cushions.
• Barbecue with charcoal only, in calm weather and never unattended; put out the embers in the bucket provided.
• Plancha: calm weather only; close the gas bottle after each use.
• In strong wind: close the shutters, put away sun loungers and parasols, remove the shade sail.
• Close the gates behind you. Water activities are at your own risk.
• The house lies within the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park: please respect the wildlife and plants.
• On departure: leave the house clean, take the bins to the container on the road and empty the fridge.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in the security deposit being withheld.
